Find and qualify suppliers without managing the process yourself
Supplier sourcing on Sourcedium has two distinct steps: matching a supplier to your requirement, and qualifying that supplier before any commercial terms are discussed.
Start sourcing suppliersHow supplier matching works
Once your requirement is structured, Sourcedium matches it against suppliers active on the platform for that product category. You review the matches and select who to move forward with for that specific procurement.
Supplier qualification (KYC)
Before an RFQ goes out, the selected supplier goes through Sourcedium's KYC step -- business and compliance information reviewed by Sourcedium's team. This is tied to your account rather than repeated for every procurement: once a buyer's KYC is verified, it's reused across future procurements instead of being requested again.
Comparing quotations
A qualified supplier receives an RFQ built from your requirement. The resulting quotation is presented back to you to review before you make a commercial decision -- Sourcedium doesn't commit you to an order on your behalf.
Frequently asked questions
How are suppliers vetted before I see a quotation?
A supplier is qualified through Sourcedium's KYC review before an RFQ is sent on your requirement -- this is a real review step performed by Sourcedium's team, not a self-declared badge.
Can I select more than one supplier for the same requirement?
Yes. You can select multiple suppliers for a single requirement to compare quotations before deciding.
