A sourcing request starts as a conversation: you describe the product, quantity, specification, and destination, and Sourcedium's AI turns that into a structured requirement.
From there, the platform matches active suppliers against the requirement, and you select who to move forward with. The selected supplier goes through Sourcedium's KYC and qualification step before quotation, so the commercial process starts on a verified footing.
Once a supplier is confirmed, Sourcedium prepares a request for quotation (RFQ), collects the resulting quotation, and carries the negotiation, order, documentation, and logistics steps through to delivery.
