Terms of Service

SOURCEDIUM operates an AI-assisted procurement platform that helps buyers source products from suppliers in India, and provides supplier and logistics-partner portals to support that process.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Buyer accounts are provisioned directly by SOURCEDIUM as part of onboarding; supplier and logistics-partner accounts are subject to our review and approval process.

SOURCEDIUM is not a self-service supplier directory or marketplace. You describe a sourcing requirement, and SOURCEDIUM's AI-assisted workflow and sourcing team match it to suppliers, run KYC verification, manage the RFQ and quotation process, and support the resulting order and logistics. SOURCEDIUM's staff communicate with suppliers on your behalf; you approve commercial decisions -- supplier selection, quotation acceptance, order placement -- yourself.

Before a procurement proceeds to quotation, we require buyer KYC verification: real business and compliance information reviewed by our staff. Providing false or misleading KYC information may result in suspension of your account and cancellation of any pending procurement.

Quotations, pricing, payment terms, and delivery terms are set by the supplier for each specific procurement and presented to you for a commercial decision before any order is placed. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming an order before it proceeds.

SOURCEDIUM does not guarantee supplier pricing, lead times, or product quality, though our KYC and sourcing process is designed to reduce that risk.

If you register as a supplier or logistics partner, you agree to provide accurate business information, honor the quotations and commitments you make through the Platform, and comply with SOURCEDIUM's review and status-update processes.

You agree not to:

The Platform, including its software, design, and content (excluding content you or a supplier submit), is owned by SOURCEDIUM. You retain ownership of the requirement details, documents, and other content you submit, and grant us the right to use it to provide the service to you.

The Platform is provided "as is." SOURCEDIUM does not warrant that sourcing outcomes, supplier performance, or shipment timelines will meet your expectations, and is not a party to the underlying commercial contract between buyer and supplier except where explicitly stated in a specific engagement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SOURCEDIUM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the fees you paid to SOURCEDIUM for the specific procurement giving rise to the claim, if any.

You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
